What Customer Support Is Included in a Corsmed License?

Short answer

When you buy a Corsmed license, you will get access to support in 4 different ways – all included for free!

1. A Personal Onboarding Meeting – and Additional Support Calls Whenever You Need

To help you get started with Corsmed, you will get a personal onboarding meeting with one of our expert support representatives over Zoom.

During the onboarding meeting, we will:

  1. Listen to what your specific needs are, and what you want to achieve by using Corsmed.
  2. Walk you through how to use Corsmed – both the MRI simulator and the course platform – to achieve your needs.

The onboarding meeting will center on your specific needs. If performing advanced cardiac scans is most important to you, we will focus on that. If you instead are teaching an MRI class – and you most want to create custom courses with scan assignments – we will focus on that.

You can always request more support calls with us, at no extra charge!

2. Chat and Email

Whenever you are logged into Corsmed, you can always chat directly with our support team by clicking on the blue chat icon at bottom-right of a page.

Our support team will reply as soon as possible. At max, within a few hours.

You can have multiple ongoing chats at the same time for different topics. The chat also supports files and images.

Even when you are not logged in, you can chat with a Corsmed representative on our normal website chat, also located at the bottom-right corner. This chat is accessible to all website visitors – regardless if you are a Corsmed customer or not.

Finally, you can always reach us via email at support@corsmed.com. We answer promptly to all emails we receive.

3. Knowledge Base of Video Tutorials and Articles

In addition to personal support, Corsmed offers a Knowledge Base with several tutorials, FAQs, and articles. These will help you find the answers you need instantly.

  6. Release Notes: Announcements about past and upcoming updates to the platform.

4. Corsmed’s Own Courses

Finally, Corsmed also offers 11 courses that will teach you how to use the simulator and perform different MRI scans.

The first course – 01. Introduction to Corsmed – covers the basics of navigating the simulator and how to perform a scan.

The other courses – 02-11 – each focus on a specific subset of scanner settings, and how changing those scanner settings affect the resulting image. This approach will simplify your learning by focusing on one small part of the simulator at a time.

The topics covered in these courses are:

  • 02. Instrumentation (Magnetic Field Strength & Coils
  • 03. Sequences
  • 04. Image Optimisation – Part 1
  • 05. Image Optimisation – Part 2
  • 06. Artifacts
  • 07. Clinical Applications – Neuro
  • 08. Clinical Applications – Spine and Neck
  • 09. Clinical Applications – Musculoskeletal MSK
  • 10. Clinical Applications – Body (Abdomen, Pelvis, Breast & Thorax
  • 11. Clinical Applications – Cardiac MR

Each course follows a “learn by experimenting” approach. You will run multiple MRI scans on the simulator and change one setting at a time, and then observe how that change affected the resulting image.

All steps in these courses are also illustrated with clear instructions and images of the simulator interface. So students will be able to follow along easily.
